VMS200

The VMS 200 is a rugged GPS encoder-decoder hardware device used to collect video, audio, and location information from mobile platforms such as automobiles, ATVs, trains, and watercraft.

VMS 300

The VMS 300 is a rugged GPS encoder-decoder hardware device used to collect video, audio, and location information from mobile platforms such as automobiles, ATVs, trains, and watercraft.

A-VMS 300

Based on VMS 300, the A-VMS 300 is an aircraft-ready GPS encoder-decoder hardware device used to collect video, audio, and location information from airborne platforms such as helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and UAVs.

VMS-X

VMS-X is a fully integrated GPS/video collection solution, enabling direct-to-DVD recording. The shoe attachment with built-in miniaturized VMS logic is Used to record audio-visual and location information, VMS-X is the ideal solution for vehicle, vessel, and pedestrian collection methods.

VMS Mobile

Industry's only software-based video mapping solution - no hardware required, perfect for vehicle, vessel or pedestrian collection methods.

What’s the difference between VMS 200 and VMS 300?

The primary difference is that the VMS 300 is now equipped with the B12 GPS engine from Thales Navigation. The B12 provides greater location accuracy and performance as well as differential correction support for WAAS and other SBAS systems such as MSAS and EGNOS. The VMS 300 has a faster satellite reacquisition rate than the VMS 200 and will consume less battery power. The color of the unit has also been changed from red to black. VMS 300 does not have the ability to differentially post process GPS position using EZdiff and CORS station data. For customers with those needs, it is best to continue using the VMS 200 hardware.
